Netflix Documentary-Series Rotten, Featured in Episode 2: The Peanut Problem
Chef Ming Tsai made his Netflix debut on January 5th, 2018 with the release of the Netflix docu-series Rotten. Featured in episode 2, Ming Tsai helps show consumers that there are restaurants that safely serve consumers with food allergies and restaurateurs that beyond a good business decision, all consumers have a right to eat safely in restaurants and it's a chefs responsibility to help provide that safe environment.
