Survival Pantry Recipe
2-4 people
1 quart chicken or vegetable stock
1 quart water
1 pound spaghetti or any dry noodles
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 pound frozen chopped spinach
Dash of garlic, onion, ginger and paprika powders (though any powders you have on hand will work)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 eggs
1. Bring stock and water to a boil, add the noodles.
2. About 5 minutes into pasta cooking,, add tomatoes, spinach, a dash of all spices and soy sauce.
3. Bring to a simmer and crack in 4 eggs to poach.
4. Garnish with more paprika, serve
