Episode 1414 - Andreas Viestad
On Ming's fourth and final stop in Norway, Ming heads to Oslo to visit home cook and food writer Andreas Viestad. Andreas gives Ming a tour of Geitmyra Culinary Center for Children, a space that focuses on educating children and family on making good choices in eating habits and being responsible co-producers in the food chain. After a quick tour of the Culinary Center, Andreas and Ming start off with a Farm Apple Kir Royale and then make mackerel two ways- Salt and Sugar Cured Mackerel with Farm Picked Herb Flowers and Tea Smoked Mackerel and Potatoes with Bacon Leeks and Fresh Apple Salsa.
